General Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipment of the item, and any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Any item that has been used or is not in new resalable condition may be subject to restocking fees determined by Home Filter Experts.

Unused product with an unbroken manufacturer’s seal on the box can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the manufacturer’s seal is broken, please contact us for your options as restocking fees will apply. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges is paid by the purchaser. Additional charges may apply for scratches, dents, and other impurities at Home Filter Experts discretion and has the right to refuse any return with a broken manufacture seal. Unused product with an unbroken manufacturer’s seal on the box, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the manufacturer’s seal is broken, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase less a 15% restocking charge. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges is paid by the purchaser.
Waterdrop RO, Undersink, and filtration Refund and Return Policy:
We accept return reasons including defective, no longer needed, change mind, not as described, etc. within 30-days. If you want to return the item without any quality issue, you need to bear the return fee yourself and pay 20% of the original order as a restocking fee. If you received a damaged / incorrect item and you want to file a claim, please email service@waterdropfilter.com together with your order information and the picture of the damaged / incorrect product. We are eager to help.

Step 2 : prepare package after you get confirmation from customer service team, please be noted the following requirements:
- The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or leave a note in the package.
- The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
- The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
- The product has to be damage-free (not applicable for defective products), damage on the product will void the refund.
Step 3 : Please contact our customer service and send your return tracking number. We will track the package, and refund your money within 5 working days after we receive and check the package .
